Payment Policy

At PinoCart, we aim to make checkout simple, secure, and convenient for customers across the UAE. Available payment options may vary depending on your order, location, and checkout settings.

Accepted Payment Methods

PinoCart may accept the following payment methods where available at checkout:

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery allows you to pay when your order is delivered. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

For Cash on Delivery orders, please keep the correct amount ready where possible. If the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, or cannot complete payment at delivery, the order may be cancelled.

Online Card Payments

We may accept online payments using eligible debit and credit cards. Card payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers. PinoCart does not store your full card details.

Your order will be confirmed after successful payment authorization. If your payment is declined, cancelled, or fails, your order may not be processed.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

Apple Pay and Google Pay may be available for eligible customers and supported devices. These options will appear at checkout if they are available for your order and payment method.

Buy Now, Pay Later

Buy Now, Pay Later options may be available through supported payment providers. If selected, your payment plan, approval, installments, due dates, and any related terms are managed by the Buy Now, Pay Later provider.

Please review the provider’s terms carefully before confirming your order. PinoCart is not responsible for approval decisions, late fees, installment schedules, or provider account issues.

Payment Security

We take payment security seriously. Online payments are handled through secure payment gateways and encrypted checkout processes. Customers should not share card details, OTPs, passwords, or payment verification codes with anyone.

Payment Confirmation

Once payment is completed successfully, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available contact method. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us before placing a duplicate order.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your payment fails but an amount appears to be deducted, please contact your bank or payment provider first, as failed authorizations are often reversed automatically. You may also contact PinoCart support with your order details so we can assist where possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds are usually returned to the original payment method where applicable. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment service.
