Non-Returnable Items

If you want to exchange an item, please contact us first. The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item after approval, and then place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method where applicable. Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment method. Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days after approval.
