All orders are processed after confirmation. Order processing usually takes 1 to 3 business days. Orders may not be processed or shipped on Sundays, UAE public holidays, or during unexpected operational delays.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location, product availability, courier schedule, and order volume. Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Charges may vary depending on delivery location, order value, product size, or courier requirements.

Free Shipping

From time to time, PinoCart may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be shown on the website, cart, checkout page, or promotional banner where applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared by SMS, email, WhatsApp, or courier notification where available. You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment status.

Payment Methods

PinoCart may accept multiple payment methods depending on availability at checkout, including cash on delivery, online card payment, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and buy now pay later options where supported.

Available payment methods will be shown at checkout. Some payment options may not be available for all orders, locations, or products.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available in selected areas. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. If the customer is unavailable or refuses delivery, the order may be cancelled or additional delivery attempts may be limited.

Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including full name, phone number, building or villa number, street, area, emirate, and any helpful delivery instructions.

PinoCart is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect address details, incomplete contact information, or customer unavailability.

Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier delays, high order volume, public holidays, road restrictions, payment verification, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos where possible.

International Shipping

Currently, PinoCart ships within the UAE only. International shipping is not available at this time.
